You inspired me and I made some strawberry pie last night for the company we had over. Recipe - pour a bunch of strawberries, some water, sugar, and a bit of flour over the berries and let it boil. Then stick it in a pie crust (not quite ready to tackle the crust from scratch) and bake, voila! So good :)
