These Things Can Literally Stop Your Heart.

note: the following post contains MANY gratuitous photos of ooey, gooey, cinnamon rolls. Consider yourself warned.
Hello and happy Friday to you all.
I don't mean to brag, but this is what I ate for breakfast.
I can still taste every so faintly the cinnamon. And sugar. And cream cheese.
For the record, I have decided to block all memories involving the butter and sugar affair mentioned yesterday, and have chosen to not even think about the number of calories I just consumed.
Trust me--it's better that way.
Did I mention that the recipe I used made 24 cinnamon rolls?

That's right--TWO DOZEN.

Two down...twenty to go.
Can someone please wake me from my food comma before lunch?

Thank you.

  1. I'm hoping my breakfast invite is just late in the mail.

Seriously, those look soooo yummy. Sometimes, you have to just forget the calories and enjoy that little bit of heavenly goodness. :)

  2. yes, yes...it's just late:) And Agreed about the calories. In truth, I've never been much of a zealous calorie counter. I figure that a little moderation goes a long way (so...in spite of my humor I really won't be eating all 24 of these buns. In fact, I've already frozen half of them). And at least I know that there aren't any creepy preservatives in these beauties!

Thanks as always for commenting, Catherine:)
